2. Project overview

Sichuan Shunying Power Battery Material Co., Ltd. produces 100,000 tons of lithium battery ternary cathode material precursor project in Meishan High-tech Industrial Park, Dongpo District, Meishan City, Sichuan Province. Located in the southwest of the Chengdu Plain, the fan-shaped zone of the middle reaches of the Minjiang River and the lower reaches of the Qingyi River, spanning east longitude 102°49′～104°30′ and north latitude 29°24′～30°16′ Lian Leshan, adjacent to Neijiang, Ziyang, and Zigong in the east, and Ya'an in the west, is the middle section of the Cheng (Du) Le (Shan) Golden Corridor and an important part of the "Chengdu Plain Economic Circle".

Since the expansion of the Chengle Expressway will requisition the existing project land and the rapid development of the international new energy industry in recent years, Sichuan Shunying Power Battery Materials Co., Ltd. plans to relocate and expand to carry out an annual output of 100,000 tons of lithium battery three yuan The cathode material precursor project is implemented in phases and phases in accordance with the overall project planning of Phase I (Phase I and Phase II) and Phase II. 4. Scope of bidding

Lifting equipment (traveling vehicles), including single-beam bridge cranes and electric hoists, total 20 sets/sets, please refer to the bidding documents for details. The delivery location is the location of the Meishan High-tech Industrial Park project in Dongpo District, Meishan City, Sichuan Province, and the delivery time is July 31, 2021 (tentatively, the specific delivery time is subject to the written notice of the tenderer).

This standard bids for the technical conditions of equipment performance and structural design, manufacturing, inspection, packaging, transportation, installation and commissioning, acceptance, training, and participation in on-site testing, trial operation, and acceptance until final delivery. .

5. Bidder qualification requirements

5.1 This bidding requires bidders to have the status of a domestic independent enterprise legal person, register to produce or operate the goods for this bidding; and have the ability to meet the requirements of the bidding documents of this project in terms of personnel, experience, and funds. Bidders shall provide copies of business licenses, production licenses, design qualifications and other qualifications and performance certificates.

5.2 Bidders, their subcontractors and outsourcing (outsourcing) parties must pass the ISO9000 quality certification and submit a copy of the certification in the bidding documents. Bidders and their subcontractors and outsourcing (outsourcing) persons can take effective quality assurance and quality control measures for design and manufacturing in accordance with ISO9000 family standards to ensure the quality of design and manufacturing.

5.3 Qualifications of key personnel: The key personnel who perform the management, design, testing, manufacturing process, quality control and assurance of the equipment of this contract, and technical guidance and supervision of site installation, commissioning and acceptance testing must be qualified Responsible personnel with experience in design, testing, manufacturing process, quality control and installation, commissioning and acceptance of similar equipment.

5.4 Financial requirements: In recent years (January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2020), the financial management system has been sound, and no business has been ordered to close, and property has been taken over, frozen, or bankrupt.

5.5 Performance requirements: In recent years, at least three lifting equipment projects with a performance of 2 million yuan and above are required in China. And provide corresponding certification materials (including contract cover, technical parameter list, scope of supply, signature and seal pages, etc.).

5.6 Credit requirements: The bidder has not been expelled for breach of contract or terminated any contract for any reason in the last 3 years (from January 1, 2018 to the deadline for bidding).

5.7 Since 2018, bidders shall not be the untrustworthy persons subject to enforcement and have not been included in the list of severely illegal and untrustworthy enterprises in the national enterprise credit information publicity system by the industrial and commercial administration.

5.8 This tender does not accept consortium bids.

6. Obtaining bidding documents

The bid will be sold from 8:30 to 17:30 (Beijing time, the same below) from March 29 to April 7, 2021. Bidding documents (purchased on site or purchased by remittance). 10.1 Consortium bids are not accepted for this bidding. Bidders are not allowed to submit more than two different bidding documents for the same bidding project; no bidder is allowed to jointly bid on the same bidding project with other bidders in any other way.
