3. Tender number and method:

4. Bidding equipment and construction requirements, bidding scope, delivery location and time:

4.2 The scope of bidding for this project: ammonia recovery, quantity: 1 batch, please refer to the bidding documents for equipment specifications and technical requirements. This bid invites bids for technical conditions such as equipment performance, structural design, manufacturing, inspection, packaging, transportation, installation and commissioning, acceptance, training, and participation in on-site testing, trial operation, and acceptance until final delivery.

4.3 Delivery location: Project location of Meishan High-tech Industrial Park, Dongpo District, Meishan City, Sichuan Province.

4.4 Delivery time: 70 days.

5. Bidder qualification requirements:

5.1 Qualification requirements:

5.1.1 This bidding requires bidders to have the status of an independent domestic enterprise legal person, register to produce or operate the goods for this bidding; and have the ability to meet the requirements of the bidding documents of this project in terms of personnel, experience, and funds.

5.1.2 The bidder shall pass the ISO9001 quality management system certification;

5.2 Financial requirements: In the past 3 years (January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2020), the financial management system has been sound, and no business has been ordered to close, and the property has been taken over, frozen, or bankrupt.

5.3 Performance requirements for bidders:

5.3.1 In the past 3 years, there have been similar equipment supply performances in the lithium battery industry, the cumulative supply performance is not less than 10 sets, and the cumulative supply performance contract amount is not less than 10 million yuan, and corresponding supporting materials are provided (Including contract cover, technical parameter list, scope of supply, signature and seal pages, etc.).

5.3.2 At the same time, the project equipment has been operating normally for 8000 hours or more, and the corresponding certification materials should be provided (ibid.).

5.4 Credit requirements: Starting from 2018, bidders must not be untrustworthy persons subject to enforcement and have not been included in the list of severely illegal and untrustworthy enterprises in the national enterprise credit information publicity system by the industrial and commercial administration.

5.5 In the three years before participating in this bidding activity, there is no major illegal record in business activities;

5.6 Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

6.  Obtaining bidding documents

This bid will be available for sale from 8:30 to 17:30 (Beijing time, the same below) from April 14th to April 24th, 2021. The bidding documents (purchased on site or purchased by remittance). 10.1 This tender does not accept consortium bids. Bidders are not allowed to submit more than two different bidding documents for the same bidding project; no bidder is allowed to jointly bid on the same bidding project with other bidders in any other way.

10.2 The bidder shall be responsible for all expenses incurred in preparing and conducting the bid; if it is necessary to survey the site, the bid inviting party will provide convenience, and the bidder shall bear the expenses incurred therefrom.
