3. Tender number and method:

3.1 Bidding number: The bidding number for this project is SCSY-SBZB-002.

3.2 Bidding method: The bidding method for this project is public bidding.

4. Bidding equipment and construction requirements, bidding scope, delivery location and time:

4.1 Bidding equipment and construction requirements, please refer to the bidding documents “Chapter 3 Equipment Technical Standards and Requirements”.

4.2 The scope of bidding for this project: mixing tank mixing equipment, quantity: 139 sets, equipment specifications, models and technical requirements are detailed in the bidding documents. This bid invites bids for technical conditions such as equipment performance, structural design, manufacturing, inspection, packaging, transportation, installation and commissioning, acceptance, training, and participation in on-site testing, trial operation, and acceptance until final delivery.

4.3 Place of delivery: Project location of Meishan High-tech Industrial Park, Dongpo District, Meishan City, Sichuan Province.

4.4 Delivery time: 60 days.

5. Bidder qualification requirements:

5.1 Qualification requirements

5.1.1 This bidding requires bidders to have the status of an independent domestic enterprise legal person, register to produce or operate the goods for this bidding; and have the ability to meet the requirements of the bidding documents of this project in terms of personnel, experience, and funds.

5.1.2 The bidder shall pass the ISO9001 quality management system certification;

5.3 Financial requirements: In the past three years (January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2020), the financial management system has been sound, and no business has been ordered to close, and the property has been taken over, frozen, or bankrupt.

5.4 Performance requirements of bidders

5.4.1 In the past 3 years, there has been a contract value of 5 million yuan or more in the supply of similar equipment in the lithium battery industry or the nickel-cobalt hydrometallurgical industry in China, and the corresponding supporting materials (including the contract cover, technical parameter table, Scope of supply, signed and sealed pages, etc.).

5.4.2 At the same time, the project equipment has been operating normally for 8000 hours or more, and the corresponding certification materials (same as above) shall be provided.

5.4 Reputation requirements

5.4.1  From 2018, the bidder must not be the person who is untrustworthy and has not been included in the list of severely illegal and untrustworthy enterprises in the national enterprise credit information publicity system by the industrial and commercial administration;

5.4.2  In the three years prior to participating in this bidding activity, there was no record of major violations in business activities.

5.5 Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

6.  Obtaining bidding documents

The bid will be available for sale from 8:30 to 17:30 (Beijing time, the same below) from April 14th to April 22nd, 2021. The bidding documents (purchased on site or purchased by remittance). 10.1 This tender does not accept consortium bids. Bidders are not allowed to submit more than two different bidding documents for the same bidding project; no bidder is allowed to jointly bid on the same bidding project with other bidders in any other way.

10.2 The bidder shall be responsible for all expenses incurred in preparing and conducting the bid; if it is necessary to survey the site, the bid inviting party will provide convenience, and the bidder shall bear the expenses incurred therefrom.
