In addition, the technology's acid-base recycling, water recycling, and cascade comprehensive utilization of thermal energy not only save costs, but also achieve the world's leading level of "three wastes" emissions, effectively realizing "green" production. In this process, the reaction temperature and pressure are also milder, and the equipment requirements are lower, realizing the localization of production equipment.

Our company uses this international leading technology to build an industrial test line that can process 10,000 tons of dry-base ore annually. The product quality is up to standard, the technology is reproducible, and the maturity is high. Currently, a green demonstration project of new technology for processing 1.8 million tons of limonite-type laterite nickel ore is being constructed in Beihai, Guangxi.

—Preparation process of high nickel ternary precursor
Aiming at the complex alloy materials recovered from the smelting and recycling of waste catalysts containing nickel, cobalt, molybdenum, vanadium and phosphorus in the petrochemical industry, a one-step acid leaching process of nickel, cobalt, molybdenum, vanadium and phosphorus in the alloy was developed, and the process of "precipitation + resin + extraction" was adopted. Technology to separate nickel, cobalt, molybdenum, vanadium, and phosphorus, and purify them to obtain high-purity nickel sulfate, cobalt sulfate and other products. At the same time, nickel sulfate and cobalt sulfate can be further synthesized into nickel-cobalt-manganese ternary precursor products for batteries. This technology was assessed as "leading in the country" by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Science and Technology.
